Return & Refund Policy

At Simply Bella Nails, we take hygiene and quality very seriously. Because our products are beauty items that come into direct contact with nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, hygiene reasons, or incorrect size selection once the order has been shipped or opened.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only offer replacements or refunds if:

  1. Your item arrives damaged
  2. You receive the wrong product
  3. Your order is missing an item

 

Reporting an Issue 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund. To report an issue, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos of the item received 



To start a return, you can contact us at hello@simplybellanails.co.za. We will provide further return instructions only for approved cases. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
